We collect two types of information: personal information ("Personal Information") and information that does not identify you ("Non-Personal Information").

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you with third parties for any lawful purpose.

As of the Last Updated date of this Privacy Policy, we do not use cookies, analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or similar tracking technologies on the Services.

If this ever changes (for example, if we later implement analytics or additional features that rely on cookies), we will update this Privacy Policy and, if required, provide appropriate notice or obtain consent where the law requires it.

Because we do not use cookies or other non-essential trackers, we do not currently need or display a cookie banner.

The Services are operated from the United States. Personal Information we collect may be stored and processed in the United States or in other countries where we or our service providers operate.

We take commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Information, including secure hosting and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, which can include matching information you provide with information we maintain about you.

If we deny a request and you believe this was in error, you may have the right to appeal by replying to our response email or contacting us again with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence.

Where required by law, we will rely on appropriate legal bases to collect and process your Personal Information and will honor any rights granted to you under local law.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites or services you visit.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
